Lead Your Journey Proudly Welcomes Division 1 Phenomenon Jojo (McKenna Mulholland) as Our New Director of Player Development! ShE IS HERE To Train and Mentor the Next Generation of Elite Athletes.

I’m Jojo (McKenna Mulholland), a former Division I softball player from Oviedo, Florida, who competed at Ball State University and Florida Atlantic University. Throughout my collegiate career, I earned multiple Second Team All-MAC Honors, Academic All-MAC recognition, and CSC Academic All-District honors.

Now that I have officially joined the Lead Your Journey team as the Director of Player Development... I am leaning in to pour everything I’ve learned back into the next generation of athletes. Through elite player development, leadership training, recruiting education, mindset coaching, and direct mentorship, my mission is to help players maximize their opportunities, believe in themselves, and become the best version of who they are meant to be.

Multi-Year All-Conference Standout: Recognized as a 2-time All-Conference Selection (Second Team All-MAC) and named to the All-Tournament Team for postseason performance.

Defensive Position Versatility: Logged extensive NCAA Division 1 competitive starts commanding Shortstop, Second Base, and Right Field.

As a student-athlete, I navigated the recruiting process, competed at the Division I level, and worked through challenges including injuries, setbacks, and the daily demands of college athletics. Those experiences shaped how I connect with and support young athletes and their families.

I’m passionate about giving back to the game by helping athletes build confidence, refine their skills, and develop a strong mindset that carries into both competition and everyday life. My goal is to help players reach their potential, build consistency, and grow into confident leaders on and off the field.

Academic All-American Distinction: Earned national academic honors as an NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete.

CSC Academic All-District®: Selected to the prestigious College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Team for multi-year competitive and academic excellence.
